How to add another administrator to a Warpwire library

This will allow you to add a second instructor or administrator to your library. They can add, organized, or delete content. Please note, this does not give them full rights to your media items.

Add an administrator to a library

media buttonNext to the name of the library, click the ellipses to show the media library options.

Choose Share and use the search field to add the user to the library. When you click on the user’s name, it will turn green. You do not need to click save.









After the user is added, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the share screen to edit their role in the site. Click Edit Permissions and then use the drop down to chose Admin. Confirm the change to finish.

If for some reason you need to transfer ownership to the library, the new administrator will be able to delete you from the library later.
